Increasingly, people value work more as 'experience' that is comparable to their private and family life, instead of the expected 'nine-to-five'.

At home, they are online with the world and all digital services seem to know what people want to see and hear, suggesting related content - in short, providing experiences.

For most people, this is not happening at work, which is why a large percentage are not happy in the professional environment. However, it is in this environment that they spend most of their time in their lives. Organizations that consciously create and deliver this experience to their human resources have grown in number because of pioneer success stories.
