HOW IT WORKS
INTEGRATED LEARN'N'FUN EXPERIENCE
We already know the combination of leisure and learning, especially soft skills, enhances the learning availability, at the same time that ensures a better personal integration and communication.
The general idea of team building and technical training actions, according to the SmartXperia program, is to integrate all activities as a natural and smooth course. In this way, the time spent tends to become less stressful and better used by the participants.
The programs are designed so that the participants are passively referred through the various events (formative, social, playful and touristic) without being aware of it.

How it works
Generally, a SmartXperia Learn'n'Fun Experience works as the following:

1. Diagnosis
Everything starts with the diagnosis. We will want to know what your objectives are to develop the best proposal and guarantee an unforgettable experience with the better results.

2. Selection of the generic theme and activities
Let's now select the theme "umbrella" of the whole experience. There are three - "Urban", "Heritage" and "Nature".
All activities to develop will be integrated into this selected theme. For example, for the "Problem Solving" objective, there is a set of activities to place, but its construction, framing, place and type of approach will have an "urban", "cultural" or "natural" character. The effectiveness of the activity is the same.
After selecting the theme, you can select the activities related to the theme chosen, within the available ones and taking into account the duration of the program. We'll assist you through the process.

3. Preparation
Themes and activities chosen, we will integrate all with the tourism program and the remaining logistics.
Then, we'll present you our best the proposal and together we will discuss the adjustments.

4. Implementation
During the stay in Portugal, all planned activities will be implemented, permanently monitored by our team.
5. Follow-up
We want you to have the best results, but also get the best impression about us and our country.
So we always want to know what you did like best and what you think can be improved or adjusted.
From then, you will become our preferred customer.

General assumptions
The implementation of the program agreed with the client has the following assumptions:
1. There are training and tourism activities every day. Some activities have both purposes;
2. Private time for the group is foreseen. This period can be fulfilled with group conversation or free time for participants;
3. Some activities are scheduled and participants know they are going to play them. However, we always try to unveil places and activities only on top of the event, so the impact is greater and more positive;
4. These activities are always integrated with other, of tourist and leisure nature;
5. In leisure-tourism activities, there will be also training in soft skills, without the participants being aware of it or only realizing it "too late" (eg arriving for dinner and the participants have to cook it, dinner served by waitresses-trainers);
6. The content of these (disguised) activities depends on the skill our client wants to work on;
7. Wherever possible, "formal" training (if any) will be taught in unforeseeable or somewhat emblematic places/environments (eg in the middle of the river, in the cloisters of an old university, in the countryside).
